Keep your guest book up to date
Find a guest, update their phone or email, add allergies, notes, tags and birthdays, link family members, merge duplicates, and import or export the guest list.
Guests (the Guest Book) holds one profile per guest, shared by reservations, events, menus and member emails. Edits you make here follow the guest onto every future booking.
Changes to a profile are held until you click Save profile at the bottom. If you open another guest first, unsaved changes are lost.

Not available yet
Things staff ask for that Hostbook doesn't do yet, and what to do instead. Want one? Open Help › Support Chat and click Send a suggestion.
- Add a guest without a booking
- There's no New guest button. Guests are created when you book them, add them to the waitlist, import them, or they join your members list.
