Get started with Hostbook

Set up a new venue, add tables and staff, check you're ready to go live, and learn the handful of tasks a host does every night.

Hostbook is the shared book for the whole team: reservations, tables, the waitlist, guests and messages. When a guest arrives, moves, cancels or leaves, update Hostbook so every device sees the same thing.

Before you change anything, check four things: the venue, the date, the service (lunch or dinner) and the guest. Most mix-ups come from one of these.

A party seated without a booking.
